There are only three days left before the start of DK2024 — let us tell you what you can expect.
DK2024, the eagerly anticipated festival of creativity, communications, and marketing, is about to begin, and we have prepared a richer program than ever before. New halls, new speakers, and new formats — all of this you can find at the Lone Design Hotel in Rovinj on 11—14 April. Once again, world experts are expected on the main stage, local communicators in a relaxed environment, productive discussions, and exchanges of innovative ideas and new knowledge are anticipated in the festival program.
MORE THAN 150 PERFORMERS AND 70 PROGRAM SEGMENTS IN 4 HALLS
You can expect 70 program segments across all festival locations, alongside more than 150 speakers and performers. Digital topics, creativity in the region, hallucinogenic AI, important institutions, successes, failures, and creativity, from local to global, and communicator’s POV, are just some of the topics that communicators will address on this occasion. We are no strangers to going beyond all boundaries: this year, you can expect four halls — the well-known 360° stage Hall AAA, which will host a series of leading global industry figures, Hall BEE reserved for the most current topics, DK LLLounge, allowing participants and panelists to interact brilliantly in a relaxed atmosphere, and the new hall ŠŠŠumica powered by Addiko Bank.

MIC DROP
An important part of this unforgettable experience and excellent production are the experienced hosts of the central festival stage — from announcing the stars of the main program to announcing the stars of our competitions who receive their awards for the best marketing achievements under the spotlights of the main hall, Hall AAA. Antonija Mandić is already a familiar face of the daily program, the irreplaceable Ida Prester will host the IdejaX, Young Lions, Effie Croatia, and MIXX Awards ceremonies this year, and on the first evening, the acknowledgments at the BalCannes awards ceremony for the best regional projects will be announced by the duo Galeb Nikačević Hasci-Jare and Lela Laković.
MIDNIGHT TALKS AND TOP-NOTCH BEATS
When the daytime program ends, the fun doesn’t stop because it’s time to award the best in the national and regional industry! And after the awards ceremony, there’s definitely no time for sleep because — the show must go on. What will be discussed in the main hall — and that’s after midnight? Only crucial topics, in a typically atypical manner characteristic of the DK community. Taking the stage in the latest DK format Midnight Muttering: Too Late Insights will be Oobah Butler and Micaela Mantegna, while Galeb Nikačević Hasci-Jare will be in charge of no-holds-barred questions, in the darkness and relaxed atmosphere, with the vibrations of good music coming from the club.
Our plans don’t stop there. There’s still time to dance the night away: on Thursday, after the awards ceremony, participants can burn off adrenaline at the club in the Lone Hotel, where DJ Bizzo powered by INA will take us on the journey through musical decades; on Friday, the bangers will be provided by DJ Felver, DJ Rea, and DJ Leggiero powered by Antique, and the festival will close in triumphant tone with a party DJed by the festival headliners: FUCK ENDINGS. LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS.

DANCE, ACTION, AND THE SUN
For days filled with talks and panel discussions, you will be able to prepare yourself by relaxing with yoga sessions at sunrise and sunset in a beautiful setting and starting this year, you can also attend two sessions dedicated to physical preparation for daily challenges: the first session focuses on breathing exercises and relaxation, while the second is specifically designed for long office days. Alongside meditative activities, a bit of dynamic cardio is also needed: for the first time, we will have the chance to enjoy after-parties — and not just any, but on a sun-drenched beach with music and Schweppes. See you there after the talks in the Hall AAA.
