The festival that made headlines (literally)

Dani Komunikacija

This year at DK, you didn’t just make waves — you made headlines. No less than 112 media houses jumped on the DK train, from national broadcasters to regional industry outlets. That kind of love doesn’t just happen — it shows how deep your accomplishments and work run in the creative and marketing veins of the region.

Because when creativity gets its moment in the spotlight, it fuels the whole industry — raising the bar, amplifying the voices and pushing the scene forward.

From deep dives to quick hits, the media showed up big time for everything you had to say. That’s more than 1100 times our stories, ideas and moments were captured, published and pushed out into the world. We’re blown away — and seriously grateful — for every single one.

This project hit the big and small screens 19 times. From bold talks to unmissable moments, TV crews captured the spirit of the festival and brought it into homes everywhere. HRT made sure to cover our story from start to finish. And let’s not forget the airwaves — we were also buzzing through speakers, keeping the conversation going even when eyes were off the screen.

Don’t just take our word for it — the coverage speaks for itself. Check out some of the standout pieces and see why this is one of the biggest regional festivals that have the media talking.

The anticipation was real — and Journal felt it too. As DK2025 drew closer, they captured the rising buzz in an article that teased the big names, bold ideas and unmissable energy that was about to take over Rovinj.

Media Marketing zoned in on the AI narrative, spotlighting how we tackled the future of creativity through the lens of artificial intelligence.

We were genuinely touched to see DK2025 through SplitTechCity’s eyes — and even more so to feel how much they truly enjoyed themselves. As they put it: That’s what sets this festival apart from other conferences – it’s a shared reality check and an energy boost. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Our industry is known for tackling topics that matter — not just to the industry, but to the whole community and society at large. Dnevno.hr picked up on that and covered the opening with a spotlight on the issues that go beyond the stage and straight into real-world impact.

Mamager zoomed in on the true essence — creativity, technology and a whole lot of bravery. Their coverage captured how this year’s edition pushed boundaries and blurred lines between bold ideas and bold action.

InMagazin couldn’t resist staring the future straight in the face — so they sat down with Sophia the Robot and got straight to the good stuff.

They weren’t the only ones interested in talking to Sophia the Robot — Mamager took the opportunity to get business advice from the future.

Dietmar Dahmen didn’t just speak — he set the stage on fire. Bloomberg Adria was there to catch the sparks, capturing his explosive energy and the kind of keynote that left no one sitting still.

ReStyloh came looking for standout style — and quickly discovered that at DK creativity wasn’t just on stage, it was in every outfit.

If you somehow missed one of the most visited talks of DK2025, Media Marketing made sure to share the five principles of advertising success by Fernando Machado.

The media just couldn’t help themselves — they had a few more questions for the brilliant minds who lit up the stage in Rovinj. Netokracija sat down with Michael Corcoran for a deep dive, while BURO 24/7 caught up with Amber Case to dig even further into the ideas that sparked the conversation. Jutarnji.hr wanted to know the secret behind Fernando Machado’s Moldy Whopper, while Lider Media talked to the pitch guru Blair Enns. Netokracija kept the conversations going even after the festival with Marisha Lakhiani for a look into the world of marketing and AI.

Index knew what was up — when one of the world’s most creative CMOs takes the mic, you pay attention. Fernando Machado brought the heat, and they caught every second.

Jutarnji list wrapped up your Rovinj story with coverage of the festival’s final day, capturing the energy, highlights and everything we didn’t want to end.

As Lider Media summed it up: communicators aren’t just part of the change — they’re leading it. And once again, you went and proved that loud and clear.

What’s next? Let’s just say DK2026 is already on the horizon. And it’s coming in hot.
