Meet the creatives who decide which ideas and projects define IdejaX

Dani Komunikacija

Every year, IdejaX brings together the best agency creatives — those who put their originality, strategy and execution on full display. From there, the final decision is made by a professional jury of creatives who know the difference between work that looks good and work that actually matters.

Submissions for the upcoming IdejaX season are still open. Agencies are invited to enter their most outstanding projects by 6 March 2026.

The new IdejaX season introduces updates to categories and rules, keeping pace with changes in the industry and contemporary creative practice. Categories within Track II: Best in Channel have been revised, including the introduction of Best Online Video, which merges the former short-format and long-format divisions into a single category. The Best Digital Product category has also been expanded to include promotional and informational websites, e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.

The expert jury is composed of leading creatives from top agencies in Croatia, each with extensive experience in the creative industry. This year’s jury is chaired by Davor Bruketa (Bruketa&Žinić&Grey), joined by Vanja Luetić (Boiler by Degordian), Stella Bogovac (I TO NIJE SVE!), Dario Dević (404), Iva Domić (UTORAK), Matjaž Germ (101 inovativni marketing), Dunja Huber (Futura DDB), Karlo Jelić (Studio Senzacija), Izvorka Jurić (Dig studio), Luka Mavretić (Imago Ogilvy), Martina Pavić (BBDO Zagreb), Ira Payer (Superstudio), Sean Poropat (Studio Sonda) and Ivan Tanić (Šanavala).

The jury carries significant responsibility — especially because the judging process is public and takes place in front of the entire marketing community, says jury President Davor Bruketa. The words and attitudes of each jury member influence not only personal reputations, but also the direction of the industry itself — particularly for younger colleagues who follow the jury’s work most closely. This is not just an evaluation of last year’s output, but a discussion about the future of an industry undergoing major transformation, with outcomes that are still far from clear. That’s precisely why I believe we’ll recognize and reward projects that are not only excellent today, but also help illuminate where our industry is heading.

IdejaX is not only an awards program but also a relevant platform for showcasing and promoting the highest-quality creative solutions in market communications. This award gives agencies, creatives and brands the opportunity to present their work to an expert jury, gain visibility within the profession and become part of a community that continuously raises the standards of creative excellence. A clearly defined judging process and a carefully selected jury ensure that the strongest ideas are properly recognized and rewarded.

Entrants have the opportunity to present their ideas, win prestigious awards and position themselves among the most creative professionals in the industry.
