On Friday and Saturday mornings join us on the terrace of Hotel Lone (the location of the Garden Stream) for group training sessions led by professional trainers from THE Fitness. Carefully designed, expertly guided and open to all — regardless of experience. If it rains, we move indoors to the Lone Wellness, so no excuses.
You can do a FULL–BODY workout that targets every major muscle group. This is for you if you’re looking for improved form, more endurance and just the right amount of sweat. You’ll work under expert supervision from THE Fitness team. This one’s ideal for beginners and intermediate-level participants looking to level up their training without pressure. Available on Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 8:45 AM.
If you’re all about strength from within, ease into the weekend with a low-to-medium intensity PILATES session. With focused breathwork and controlled movement, this one’s for anyone who wants to reset posture, reconnect with the body and move with intention. Available on Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 9:45 AM.
